I attended an 800 hour program at the National Holistic Institute (NHI) College for Massage Therapy in Ontario, California where I graduated in the top of my class with honors. I further attended ANMT (Advanced NeuroMuscular Therapy) training- a 450 hour program designed to dig deeper in order to find the source of pain and discomfort. During my training I practiced 200+ hours including clinic hours and externship hours. I specialized in pain management with an emphasis on joint mobilization, sports rehabilitation and geriatric care. Currently and primarily focused on neuromuscular techniques, I continue to study and strive to assist each client in fulfilling a pain free existence. As a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator I believe that Massage Therapy is essential for everyone who desires human touch, healing and relaxation through wholistic means, and overall improvement to personal health and well-being. I further believe in a comprehensive approach to health and wellness where I infuse various methods and modalities of massage therapy, with personalized scientific based stretches to enhance the provided benefits, as well as a complimentary mini coaching session designed to educate each client on body awareness and encourage a desire and willingness to improve ones entire lifestyle.
