We do this for the mind and body.For the mind- We specialize in Trauma-Informed massage that helps people that suffer from PTSD and depression reduce anxiety and stress through the power of safe, comforting touch.For the body- We help heal the muscles through our signature blend of Deep Tissue & Structural Integration techniques, including focused Trigger Point therapy and Craniosacral healing. We also offer Prenatal Massage and Postpartum Massage to help alleviate aches and pains, as well as provide much deserved rest and healing during your pregnancy and postpartum period.
