I start from a "less is more" approach, and we can explore together what kind of touch and pressure your body and nervous system best respond to. I hope to offer the therapeutic antidote to more pushing, pressure and intensity—a space to relax, unravel, reset and connect with a deeper sense of okayness. Most of us intuitively understand not to try to give a super tense cat a deep tissue massage, but to offer it gentle touch and comfort, to encourage it to relax and open on its own. I primarly practice Craniosacral Therapy, integrating gentle, sublte movement and supportive touch to help your body, fascia, and nervous system unwind and release what's no longer serving. My work is informed by the latest pain science, trauma-informed touch and communication, and mind-body medicine like Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
