Elaina Manzanares

I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator.  I trained at the National Holistic Institute and graduated in 2012 with 744 hours of studies and training in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and multiple, varied massage modalities.  I am insured by and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).I specialize in therapeutic and restorative massage therapy.  I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Mysofascial Therapies, Shaitsu and Thai Massage.  Additionally, I have completed a 24 hour training program for Oncology Massage recognized by the National Certification Board for Massage.  I tailor treatment sessions and treatment plans to address specific and individual injuries, medical conditions and wellness goals.
