Marlene Arteaga

Hello everyone and welcome! My name is Marlene Arteaga. I am licensed in massage therapy and have been in practice for over 2 and a half years. I graduated with honors at National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy. I have plenty of experience working with a wide range of people from children, youth, adults, athletes, and pro athletes. I’m very passionate in helping others with their overall health so that they are able to perform to their best ability and live a fulfilled life. My mission is to be able to help individuals to be more connected and aligned with their bodies to pursue their goals and become the best version of themselves. I believe by maintaining a healthy nutrition, hydration, sleep cycle (rest), self-care routines and boundaries, it will create a healthy balance and allows for more awareness, clarity, and healing.
