Lupita Bettencourt

My name is Lupita Bettencourt and I am Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator. It is my passion to help others understand the importance of self-care so they are able to have a better quality of life. I began my own personal journey of healing, self-love and care in 2017 after living with chronic pain, stress and depression for years after several major surgeries and an auto accident.   Massage therapy changed my life and it was then I knew what I wanted to do and how I wanted to help others like myself. In 2021, I graduated from the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy in San Jose, California. Since then, I have been on a journey to help others find a safe and therapeutic environment to facilitate their own self-care, self-love and healing.
