I have always been a curious person with a fascination for learning about people, new places, and how things work. Having a wide array of interests, including music, geography, and language study, landing on a career in massage therapy didn’t happen overnight, but it had always been a possibility in the back of my mind. As other paths I tried didn’t seem to fit, the opportunity arose for me to pursue training at the National Holistic Institute, a premier college of massage therapy, where I graduated in July 2017 and began practicing later that year.  As a certified massage therapist, I know how the body works and how to manipulate its soft tissues to alleviate pain and tension, but beyond that, I want to introduce my clients to a genuine spirit of healing through caring touch and meaningful human connection. Providing therapeutic massage to foster well-being and facilitate healing is a sacred honor for me, and I sincerely care for all whom I serve.My bodywork style is based in soothing Swedish massage, which utilizes gliding, kneading, and friction techniques. I incorporate deep tissue, including myofascial and trigger point therapy, along with stretching and joint mobilization techniques rooted in shiatsu and Thai massage. I tend to work slowly and with a firm hand, thus providing maximum therapeutic benefit yet also deep relaxation.Thank you for visiting. I look forward to serving you soon.
