COVID-19 Update: I stay current for all relevant vaccinations. I work while wearing an N95 mask for your protection and mine. I am also able to bring a portable air filter if a client prefers the additional layer of protection.I am a mobile massage provider who's happy to work inside or outside with shade. Clients are welcome to wear athlesuire, yoga, or other comfy clothing or disrobe to their comfort level. A client may wear a mask or not, it's their choice. I follow all recommended cleaning, disinfecting, & sanitizing practices.I am an evidence-informed massage therapist who uses techniques from many modalities with an emphasis on gentle focused touch, I work closely with clients to create customized therapeutic plans based on their goals and life experiences. The work can be deeply profound and transformative. Ultimately, we work together toward greater body awareness to manage perceived pain, and improve functional performance. I've had the privilege to work with NFL players, Olympic candidates, college athletes, moms, executives, weekend warriors, and many more. Everyone deserves to live their best lives.
