I am a Certified Massage Therapist, CAMCT #77214. I take an integrative approach to massage and bodywork, incorporating multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues. Specializations include:

• Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy- Trigger point therapy with Swedish integration, pain management, assisted-stretch, injury recovery and rehabilitation.
• Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation- Light touch therapies focusing on the improving fluid flow and releasing tension on the tissues surrounding the brain, spinal cord, the nerves, and the organs.
• Reiki Energy Work - Balance and cleanse chakras and bolster your spiritual connections. Helpful for stress management, improving energy levels, and restoring harmony to the whole you.
