Hi! I'm Lydia and my mission first and foremost, as an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, is to support your wellness goals through massage therapy and health education. My hope to encourage and promote your body's innate healing process. This happens through a collaborative effort between you, myself, and your healthcare team. After our initial intake, and with your input, I curate a plan unique to your goals. Ultimately, I hope you will feel empowered in your body well after you leave your sessions with me.While my most recent focus has been in prenatal and postpartum care as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Doula, during my career, I have the pleasure of working with a diverse population. In May 2013, I traveled to Aigues-Mortes, France as the Team USA massage therapist at the 2013 Battle of Nations. Also in 2013, I had the opportunity to work with 2 NFL teams. In 2015, I worked with Stanford football as well as the Canadian and Samoan Men’s Rugby team. Lastly, I worked with the Ballet San Jose through the 2014-2017 seasons.Using customized a combination of the following modalities I hope to help you achieve your wellness goals.
