ABOUT ME:Since I started to practice massage over 20 years ago, I have intended to use my love of learning and being helpful to others in supportive ways. Everything I know about massage, including skills, extensive experience, and methods, is geared toward assisting my clients with improving their well-being. Each visit gets them moving and feeling better so they can be their best selves at work, the gym, or any part of their life's journey.Relaxation:My soothing and relaxation techniques help to prevent or decrease overall stress and to minimize or avoid burnout. At the same time, I support my clients with self-care strategies and plan their recovery days accordingly.Deep Tissue and Clinical Massage:We go deep into rehabilitation/chronic pain associated with wear and tear as well as injury by using a variety of methods to improve mobility and release tension, leaving my clients feeling positive and renewed.Love of Learning:I am passionate about updating my knowledge and skills to help my clients in support of their wellness, fitness, and well-being. In turn, they consistently come back with an optimistic outlook regardless of where or how they started their treatments.CERTIFICATIONS-BA in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology.-Various strength, stretch, and conditioning certifications in health-related, sports-related, and functional fitness.-Massage therapy certification with the California Massage Therapy Council.
