As a Holistic Health Practitioner I assist my clients in healing their discomfort and pain such as neck and shoulder pain, back and hip problems and recovery from injuries. Biodynamic Bodywork developed in my practice throughout the years to help people with their unique and specific pain patterns. I specialize in Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) to support the fluids and detoxification, and work with cancer patients to diminish the side effects of chemo therapy and lymph edema. Because LDT is very gentle, it helps diminish swelling and pain after surgery, including plastic surgery. Very importantly LDT boosts the immune system.

During the session I address the specific needs of each individual intuitively and with care for a relaxing and comforting experience. I may incorporate CranioSacral and Visceral Therapy, Biodynamic Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Ortho Bionomy, Passive Joint Movement, and Circulatory Massage for balance and a feel of completion.

I have been working full-time at my office in Del Mar, since 1990. I also serve clients in the convenience of their home. My training includes 2000 hours in holistic methods. My background is in education and nutrition.
