Meet Catherine Murua

Licensed Massage Therapist | Founder of Knot Envy

With over 11 years of experience in therapeutic massage, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel their absolute best—mind, body, and soul.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of serving diverse communities by volunteering at hospitals, marathons, church events, and local celebrations. Whether it’s helping someone recover, relax, or simply take a moment for themselves, my goal has always been the same: to show up with compassion, skill, and a grounded presence.

I’m a proud veteran wife and a mom of three, so I understand firsthand how important self-care is—especially for those who spend most of their time caring for others. My approach to massage is not just about relieving tension; it’s about creating a space where you can let go, breathe deeply, and feel truly supported.

At Knot Envy, every session is personalized, professional, and rooted in care. Whether you need deep tissue work, Swedish relaxation, or sports recovery, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body and feel your best—because you deserve that.
