I create customized therapeutic massage sessions for the individual client based upon health history, lifestyle, and occupation. Each session consists of varying modalities. The sessions may contain one or more of the following modalities: deep tissue, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, Swedish, stretching, and sports. I specialize in deep tissue techniques focusing on injury prevention/recovery/maintenance of repetitive use.I have/have had referral partnerships with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, as well as a client base consisting of various medical professionals. Accompanying my CAMTC Certification (since 2013), is an Associates Degree in Kinesiology, along with a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Health Science: Concentration in Exercise Science.
