ON-SITE MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES ON THE CENTRAL COAST OF CALIFORNIA-Certified as a massage therapist in December of 2000, I received my training from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. With over 1000 hours of supervised training, followed by extensive internships and continuing education, I have studied a variety of modalities including Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, La Stone Massage, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Essential Oils and Spa Therapies. My goal is to help each individual find their center point of awareness. From this point you will learn to cultivate a balanced connection with yourself and your relationships to your family, community and world. I specialize in therapeutic massage and providing a comprehensive plan for incorporating health and wellness into daily routines.
