Hello friends! My name is Stephanie and I am a Certified Rolfer® and an Arkansas Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (License # 3845) located in Northwest Arkansas. Rolfing® is worked in a series of Ten Sessions via the Rolfing Ten Series™. Each Swedish Massage is custom designed by what you request AND what your body needs, based on how you carry your body everyday. Whether you sit at a desk, are active with your body or are immobile, I have a specialized massage and Rolfing® session just for you. During your Swedish massage, I will utilize an array of modalities which may include: shiatsu, pin-and-stretch, cupping, craniosacral therapy (CST1 certified), myofascial release, and/or lymphatic drainage.
