I'm a graduate of the NCCC Massage Therapy Program located in Saranac Lake, NY. Originally a nurse, I made the career change into the massage therapy field because I wanted to help patients/clients in a different way than I was able to in the allopathic medical setting. It was a difficult decision, but one of the VERY best I've ever made!! I now love what I do, and my clients tell me it shows in my work. I would describe my massage style is very integrative. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and sports massage, as well as reflexology and trigger point work. I have also received an Advanced Certification in Prenatal massage and enjoy working with mothers in the stages of both pregnancy and postpartum.
