Welcome to Lynsey Amanda Wise, LMT - Purposeful Massage Therapy & LymphFlow! My name is Lynsey Wise, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I began my career in 2005, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I worked under the training of Aveda Spa therapeutics, as a solo practitioner, and eventually with a chiropractor. I took a break to enjoy several years as a paralegal and court clerk, returning to massage therapy full time in 2023. I have received several certifications for Myofascial Release, and provide lymphatic massage using an essential oil blend of LymphFlow. For deep tissue massage I incorporate and use the Direct-Indirect Therapy method. For my TMJ Dysfunction patients, I use the DIT method with light pressure and heat. I also utilize heat therapy with hot stones, towels, and this spring I will be implementing a hydrocollator and locally sourced, handmade heating pads. I am double certified in cupping, which may be implemented in my Myofascial Smoothing and Release sessions. Each session with you will be curated to fit your body's issues.
