A State of Harmony...

Nine years ago, I left my career and embarked on a new path, becoming a massage therapist in pursuit of a more purposeful and meaningful life—one rooted in connection, healing, and service to others.

Over time, my focus has become increasingly clear: supporting women in midlife as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and beyond—a time of life when their symptoms and experiences are too often overlooked, minimized, or dismissed.

I am continually deepening my education around the musculoskeletal effects of hormonal change and utilizing therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release and cupping, that can help ease pain, tension, and stiffness associated with complex symptoms such as frozen shoulder.

This work has brought me closer to my purpose than I ever imagined. It is where my passion for healing, my desire to serve, and my commitment to helping women thrive in midlife come together.

This is my Sacred Harmony.
