I enjoy working with individuals to identify the areas of their body that need attention, I utilize my varied experiences and training to give them optimal results in the shortest amount of time with the least discomfort.As a commitment to my clients I regularly participate in continuing education in related areas, adding new skills that can assist my clients to a faster, easier recovery. I firmly believe that to lve fully and feel great, we need balance in all aspects of our life. We must have focused relaxation time equal to our work time and daily endeavors. As the physical body performs optimally at “homeostasis” or balance, so our entire life is optimal when all the components that make up our lives are balanced. Commit to a healthy, balanced life!
