The modalities included are Aromatherapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Deep Tissue, Myotherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki, Koshi Balancing, Swedish, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy. Additionally, my background in Nursing is an additional bonus for individuals who require deeper knowledge of disease processes and chronic conditions. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and Health Promotion and a Master's Degree in Public Health. It is a lifelong journey of learning and growing in the art of healing and I have dedicated my life in service of helping others.
