I have had Life Time working with a human body. As such, I am skilled in many modalities ranging from Swedish deep tissue trigger point therapy structural integration, Myofacial, energetic release, lymphatic drainage, injury, massage, massage, polarity therapy, cranial, sacral therapy, reflexology, facial rejuvenation, Thai massage and everything in between. My specialty is listening carefully to my client as they Tell me what is going on, and then listening carefully to what the body has to tell me about what is happening. After which I will apply a combination of whichever modalities most effectively address the issues at hand while still providing a nice relaxing experience.
