I offer a natural and holistic approach to wellness with Medical Massage. I work with individuals suffering from chronic pain and the aging community to ease them through the different chapters of getting older. Stress is our number one adversary and can lead to disease. Massage is an excellent way to assist the body and calm the central nervous system. I am trained in lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, prenatal, geriatric, acupressure, and oncology massage.
