I have been a holistic health practioner in continuous practice for over 24 years. I have come to realize that finding our balance in health is a journey with many "scenic routes" along the way. I have incorparated many techniques into my practice to assist in my clients individual needs. Along with massage therapy I also have received training in: Brennan Healing Science (energy healing), CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre-Natal Massage, Sports Massage and Reconnective Healing/The Reconnection. I find the knowledge of Trigger Point Therapy to be critical to unlocking some of my client's healing mysteries. I am also a Cetified Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Each client leaves my office with self-care suggestions. I feel empowering the client is paramount to my client's well-being.I also teach self-care classes and have authored an ebook entitled, "Pain-Free Daily: A Computer User's Guide to Self-Care".
