Greetings All!I am Julia Guzzi, Therapeutic Massage Therapist licensed in the states of New York and Arizona . I specialize in Deep Tissue massage therapy with an incorporation of Myofascial Release techniques, Trigger Point Therapy and Isolated Stretching. My #1 goal is to help my clients to achieve an enhanced state of well-being through reduction of stress both physically and mentally ( remember: it is all connected!) and an overall greater self-awareness through good posture, proper body mechanics, pain management and stress-reduction.  I see a wide range of clientele from teenagers to elderly, athletes to artists and musicians, people of great health to people who live with autoimmune  diseases. I travel alot between New York City and Phoenix, Arizona helping as many as I can with my intuitive knowledge and skills.
