I began my journey as a massage therapist nineteen years ago with the aim to help others get out of pain. Today, my purpose remains the same. Stress, muscle overload, and destructive sitting patterns seems to be a constant in the world we live in. Thankfully, their is hope! We can keep our muscles and minds healthy if we just take a little time to repair and recover. That's where I come in.

I specialize in corrective massage therapy. My aim is to correct your dysfunctional movement/pain patterns through the application of Trigger Point therapy, MyoFascial Release, and Neuro Kinetic Therapy. Knowing the human anatomy and how muscles function together in movement (kinesiology), I will assess your muscle imbalances and use massage to correct them. So if you're looking to get out of pain or increase movement in a part of your body that's tight and restricted, I'm here to help!
