Hello there! I've been a massage therapist for over 6 years with extensive experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage, but also can do relaxation if that's more your speed. I also have experience doing Table Thai stretching and Myofascial Release.I like working with clients to figure out the best way to treat any pain or tightness, and give suggestions (stretching, heat etc.) on how to prevent these things in the future.
