Along with massage therapy I am also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I spend a lot of time learning and implementing myofascial release techniques as well as deep tissue stretching therapies. My continued education is focused in Ashiatsu / barefoot massage, Reiki, hotstone, cupping and exercise therapy.
