I am a licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Anchorage, Alaska. I have been a LMT for over 19 years. I currently run my own practice as well as work in a chiropractic clinic.I have specialized training in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, & Craniosacral Therapy. Other areas of specialized practice include: Pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, Specific neck release work, Whiplash, Rotator cuff issues, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Tennis elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, Low back pain, Sciatica, Plantar fasciitis, and other common sprains & strains.I offer insurance billing and depending on your policy I may or may not be considered "in-network."Please call me to make an appointment or for further information.
