I am deeply passionate regarding the infinite benefits of massage therapy. Over the course of the past 25 years of my practice; I have been blessed to heal others with astounding results. Massage reduces pain, decreases anxiety/stress levels, improves mood/focus, improves overall well-being, increases energy levels and increases flexibility/ROM; these are just a few of proven (as well as experienced by those who enjoy regular massage) results after receiving massage therapy. My techniques/skills are a conglomeration of deep-light tissue, shiatsu, stretching, intuition as well as Reiki energy work. I am humbled and grateful to have had and continue to have the privilege of improving others well-beings in so many ways through my practice.
