Hi!  My name is Jess.  I am a recent graduate of the Functional Medicine Health Coaching Academy and am working towards my National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches Certification (NBHWC).  I am currently offering free and reduced cost health coaching sessions to help fulfill coaching requirements for the NBHWC exam.  I hold my MS in human nutrition, a diploma in culinary arts and am passionate about helping others find health in a way that is true to their center.  I utilize motivational interviewing and positive psychology techniques and practice a values-based style of coaching which is compassionate, gentle and focuses on you and the power you have within you to achieve your goals and true wellness from the center out.
