I work with women experiencing complex diagnosis or unspecified illnesses, anxiety/depression, chronic illness, or aging.I consider it an honor to walk alongside anyone on their healing journey. As a coach, I draw from my 17 years of work in mind-body work as a licensed massage therapist, as well as my background in social work and experience as a yoga teacher. I also have also studied and benefited from Ayurvedic medicine, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, and aromatherapy.I am located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, but I see clients mostly via Zoom.
