For 25+ years I have been on a health journey of discovery and adventure.  From the heartache of infertility, to the challenges of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), to the daily battle with insulin resistance, I have discovered that our bodies were created to know, understand and communicate very clearly those things that provide it health, wholeness and healing.My desire is to take the lessons and practical applications I have learned along my health journey and pair those concepts with the knowledge and expertise gained by becoming a certified health coach in order to coach others through their own health journey.  We are all on a health journey and my prayer is that yours is a journey of grace.
