A coach practices active and reflective listening, asks open ended questions, summarizes, educates, is trained in lifestyle and behavior change, and is qualified to support dietary interventions and other treatment plans prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.While I am not an expert in psychology, nutrition, or medicine, as a coach I support practitioners and their clients, as well as self-referred clients. Therefore, I introduce the basics of many healing modalities and happily refer you to other resources and experts in these fields for your own knowledge and treatment needs.
