Nourish and empower is my motto!Part-time coach, full-time momma. My curiosity and love of learning have been a theme throughout my life. I have a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University. I was a massage therapist for 8 years after attending Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. Most recently, health coach training through FMCA.My passion is helping people create change to become the best version of themselves, no matter what season of life! Functional Medicine has helped me with my own personal health and wellness journey, along with yoga, meditation, nourishing nutiriton, and movement!I believe we all have an innate ability to heal all aspects of our life (mind, body, spirit). I cannot wait to help others create a more positive environment to THRIVE!Accepting new clients!
