My journey began with a desire to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, & spiritually, and it has taken me places I never could have imagined - to a life that I love. I have taken all that I've learned along the way as well as my passion for health & wellness and turned it into a career.I am a graduate of Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, a program that I felt aligned with my values of holistic health, treating the body as a whole, and looking for root causes.As a health coach, I work alongside my clients to help them optimize their health and wellbeing. Clients become confident and empowered as they take back control of their health, achieve their goals, face challenges with resilience, and explore what’s possible. I provide empathy, compassion, accountability, and support to each of my clients.After years of struggling on my own health journey, it's a privilege to work with others as they navigate theirs. It's amazing to see clients transform on a personalized & empowering adventure that allows them to reach their goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Clients are able to reconnect to their "why" and take an active role in their lives.
