Being present to support my clients is an honor for me.I specialize in health for clients with autoimmune conditions. I have first hand experience and have developed a deep understanding of how to reduce inflammation through diet and lifestyle.I live in the Pacific Northwest with my family and enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery it has to offer. I run Hapibod Health Coaching with my friend and business partner. We believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and we strive to help our clients feel their best and live their best lives.
