I'm on a mission to help people align with their true purpose so they can thrive in their life. I have over a decade of experience coaching people on how to navigate relationships, careers, spiritual health, and their life goals. During this time many conversations with my clients would turn towards health; without your health everything takes a hit. I found that in order for me to continue supporting people, and truly helping them, I needed to have a solid foundation and understanding around chronic illness as well as whole health living; this lead me to the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. While earning my FMHCC I also started working for a local Naturopathic Office where I continue to support patients treatment plans that have been laid out by one of our Naturopathic doctors. Lastly, I utilize energy and frequency education and experience to support my clients. As an advanced certified Sound & Vibrational Therapies Practitioner I am better able to serve my clients by helping them heal their nervous system while also supporting their physical body. My services are available in person as well as virtually. I am well-versed in individual sessions as well as group coaching.
