As a Nurse Coach and Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I help women to find focus, energy, and strength emotionally and physically so they can live a life aligned with their values on their own terms to reach their potential. I have over 10-years in healthcare including medical-telemetry nursing care, employee wellness programs, medical education with Genova Diagnostics, and health coach curriculum with FMCA and Emory. I have gained experience in exploring conventional and integrative treatment options where I have become adept at managing the complexities of this process, along with an awareness of the many challenges.In being aware that an educational gap exists with regards to lifestyle & wellness in healthcare for patients, as well as healthcare workers, I have also gained experience in curriculum development, program management via Cloud-based technologies, mentor-coaching, instruction, and obtaining continuing education for nurses and other professionals. I worked collaboratively to develop a coaching review course for the NBHWC board-certification exam for health & wellness coaches. I have also presented to coaches and to the community.
