Lura Kay Robison APRN, FMCHC is a certified ReCODE 2.0 Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Kay has successfully guided patients through the Bredesen Protocol to reverse their early cognitive impairment. Kay offers a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Consult over the phone or HIPAA compliant video conference to explore your expectations and the suitability of the partnership to work together. Sound Sleep 701 Coaching is a “limited size” practice to enhance the quality of care for each individual seeking better sleep.Sound Sleep 701offers a 5 session package of sleep coaching, over 2-4 months, allowing time for processing and implementing lifestyle recommendations. All sessions are confidential, and client directed; based on the learning style, pace and needs of the client. The initial Foundation session is 60-90 minutes and is dedicated to sharing and information gathering-seeking the root cause(s) of your sleep disturbance, which will be addressed in coaching sessions. The remaining 4 sessions are 50 minutes and will be scheduled over 8-12 weeks, depending on client pace. On alternate weeks, 15-minute check-in phone calls are included. An additional 5 session package will be offered if requested by the client.
