My husband and I have partnered in our business, BrainWise Solutions.  We offer Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Executive Coaching, Neurofeedback and Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen.  As a Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics and Apollo Health 2.0 Coach, I love to help clients who are struggling with a cognitive issue, including ADHD/ADD, cognitive decline, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other related issues.  We also provide couple's coaching to families facing big life changes, chronic health issues or struggling with parent and/or children's issues.  Using VIA Character Strengths and Positive Psychology, we partner with our clients to achieve their health goals.As parents to 9 children, 6 through adoption, we understand the importance of self-care when dealing with stressful situations.  I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after our first Ethiopian adoption.  Functional Medicine was the key to returning to health and allowed me to be the active parent that my kids needed.  Now, I love sharing that journey with others, whether they are adoptive parents or facing a chronic illness of their own.  If you are a worn-out Mom, I would love to be your coach!
