After literally decades of chasing perfection, my mind & body have paid a heavy price. I spent so many years obsessed with diet and exercise but neglected the other areas of my life that were impacting my health. I have finally found the courage to live a more balanced life and live for overall wellness instead of for that "perfect physique".My wellness journey has taken several twists and turns and thanks to the “whole systems” approach ofFunctional Medicine, I am so much closer to my optimal health than I ever thought possible.I have learned that self care is not selfish and it's truly OK to say NO to things that don't serve you.I look forward to helping you find what wellness means to you and implement the steps to reach your optimal wellness.
