I work with women who are concerned about the effects of hormonal changes that occur during menopause such as brain fog, night sweats, and insomnia. I mostly work with women over 40 who are experiencing the stresses of running busy households, juggling careers and family, and who want skills and tools to address these challenges.Changing diet, lifestyle, and behavior are the most important steps we can take to feel better and optimize our brain during this time in our lives.
