After graduating from Stanford Medical School in 2001, I dove into the fascinating field of Neuroradiology, spending five fulfilling years practicing at Kaiser Permanente. But when my three sons came along, I decided to take a step back from medicine to focus on my own happiness and balance in life.Even though I've shifted away from being a physician, I'm genuinely excited about shifting my focus from "sick" care to "health" care. Becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health and Wellness Coach has been a game-changer for me. It's given me the tools to blend my passion for overall well-being and positive psychology to help clients shape and pursue their ideal life vision.My approach is all about starting with your vision, breaking it down into manageable steps, and then fine-tuning along the way by figuring out what works best for you. I truly believe that by being mindful of ourselves and setting small, achievable goals, we can create lasting change and lead richer, more fulfilling lives.
