Jenny Kelleher

Hi! I am a nurse and graduate of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, tennis, and really anything that keeps me active and outdoors!!  With experience in many different areas of nursing, I have knowledge in not only the traditional ways of healing, but have found a passion for caring for the whole person.Through my own experience working with a functional medicine provider as well as the FMCA course, I have learned the importance of whole foods and mindfulness in achieving optimal wellness. I realize there is more to medicine than just taking a pill and that health is a combination of food, environment, and thoughts/beliefs. I am now learning to blend traditional medicine with functional medicine to care for the full person: mind-body-spirit.Acknowledging the stress of today's world and the rising mental health crisis, I have studied the brain-gut connection and have a passion for bettering mental health and increasing happiness through food and mental practices.
