After my diagnosis, I delved deeply into researching every aspect of cancer healing and prevention. This intense focus not only provided me with a wealth of knowledge but also ignited a new sense of purpose in my life. I felt called to help others advocate for their own health and explore natural healing methods. This personal journey has given me unique insights and empathy, which I bring to every client relationship. It fuels my passion for helping others overcome health challenges by addressing the root causes rather than merely treating symptoms.I believe in a holistic approach to health that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. By applying Functional Medicine principles, I guide clients in restoring balance and achieving wellness from within. My practice covers a broad range of concerns, including navigating cancer diagnoses, overcoming chronic fatigue, and finding life balance. I also focus on general lifestyle changes, such as improving sleep habits, enhancing exercise and movement, addressing chronic health conditions, and optimizing nutrition and eating habits. I work in alignment with clients’ healthcare providers' recommendations to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to their health.My goal is to support, inspire, and empower each individual on their journey toward optimal health, helping them to live their fullest and most vibrant lives.
