My company is called Shalom, Health and Wellness, LLC. Shalom is a Hebrew word, meaning wholeness, and I am excited about helping people become whole in their body, mind, and spirit. I have experienced my own journey to wholeness and health over the last 18 years of my life and truly excited to help others find health and wholeness. As a health coach, I look forward to educating and supporting people to find healing in their bodies. And as a pastor, I look forward to helping them find wholeness in their mental, emotional, and spiritual lives. I will be leading individuals and groups through a 3-month program to begin their journeys toward Shalom.You can find me through the Practice Better App -Discovering Wholeness 3-month package.
