Can I still see you?Whether I am working with your Functional Medicine Doctor or with you independently, my coaching strategies are the same. I will help you to identify areas of change, address barriers, and work through day-to-day challenges that arise as you continue your journey toward health and well being.How do you coach people?Here, at Wild Chi Studio, I hold space for us to co-create wellness and meet you where you are. Alongside tools like functional nutrition, positive psychology, behavior change, and mind-body medicine, I also draw from my experience with the herbal wisdom of plants whenever that support is needed. I am here to walk with you and to guide you through lifestyle changes that are truly sustainable and transformative.
