The Teggatz Clinic is a Functional Medicine and Medical Acupuncture Clinic. You can work with both Dr. Teggatz and I as a team, or work with each of us separately for Functional Medicine/Medical Acupuncture support from Dr. Teggatz, or just Functional Medicine Health Coaching with me.I love the field of nursing but knew many years ago I wanted to discover a way to support people to HEAL their bodies. Not just put a band aid on the symptoms.I have had my own health journey treating my food addiction with whole foods and lost 90 pounds! I have drastically changed my personal and my family's lifestyle through food, supplements, and how we spend our time.I will use my passion for Functional Medicine with Lifestyle Management, personal experience, year's of nursing experience, and my training in Health Coaching to walk along side you on your journey to optimal health.
