I love to continuously learn how to lead a healthier lifestyleand I am passionate about implementing simple, realistic changes, while maintaining a positive mindset, and empowering others to do the same!As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach I look forward to working alongside you to help you achieve your best in health and wellness!My interest in natural health and lifestyle alternatives started at a young age when my Dad had a few health issues diagnosed. He was given prescription medications to control the diagnosed conditions of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but more importantly he was given achoice: stay on the prescriptions OR make some lifestyle changes and you could eventually be off the medications.My parents started modifying the lifestyle factors that would contribute most; nutrition and movement.Cooking with less fat, less salt, having more lean proteins, going for walks; small changes that would yield hugeresults. It was such a great lesson to see him get off all the medications, lose weight and gain more energy!All he did wasmake a choice and take action!Through LIFE LOVES Health Coaching I want to partner with you and be your ally as you work to achieve your health and wellness goals.  Functional Medicine is a science-based approach that looks at any underlying disease causes and takes an individualized and patient centeredapproachoptimize health and wellness.This approach considerseach individual's genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors; there is no one size fits all approach.You don't have to makeallthe changes at once and as your coach I will be here with you each step of the way.
